Precise TV appoints Buhlmann as Non-Exec Chairman

Precise TV, the contextual video ad tech platform driving business outcomes for brands, has announced the appointment of Jerry Buhlmann as Non-Executive Chairman.
Buhlmann brings more than 40 years of experience at the intersection of media, advertising and technology, and will work closely with Precise TV cofounders and co-CEOs, Christian Dankl and Nadav Shmuel, to support the company’s continued growth in the US market and industries such as entertainment, gaming, food & beverage, travel, finance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and plenty more.

The announcement comes on the heels of LDC, the private equity investor which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, making a £21 million minority investment in Precise TV. The momentum is a result of the leadership and execution of co-CEOs Dankl and Shmuel, who bootstrapped Precise TV and grew it from the ground up on a foundation of delivering superior business results to their clients.
