Prime Video launches Apple TV+ add-on in Japan, Netherlands

Apple TV+ in now available via Prime Video in Japan and the Netherlands as an add-on subscription. Until April 24th, new customers and eligible returning customers can subscribe to Apple TV+ for 200 yen (€1.25) per month for three months.
Prime members who subscribe to Apple TV+ via Prime Video will have access to series including Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Severance, Pachinko, Prehistoric Planet, Ted Lasso, Hijack, The Snoopy Show, The Morning Show, Invasion, Slow Horses (pictured) and The Studio, as well as hit films such as Wolfs, The Gorge, Napoleon and more, plus Friday Night Baseball (MLB) and Fight for Glory: 2024 World Series sporting contents.
Apple TV+ is already available in the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Spain, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, India, Chile, Colombia and New Zealand via Prime Video as an add-on subscription, after launching in the US in October 2024 and in India earlier this April.

With 72 add-on subscriptions available through our service, we’re delivering on our promise of being the preferred destination for premium entertainment in Japan.”
