April 15, 2025

Max is now available in Turkey where BluTV has evolved and rebranded into the SVoD service from Warner Bros Discovery (WBD). Existing direct subscribers in Turkey can sign-in to the platform with enhanced features and functionality to watch hundreds more titles than were previously available on BluTV.
WBD has additionally announced three new Turkish local originals, set to debut on Max. Anatomy of Chaos, Jasmin, and Feride will join Max’s growing slate of Turkish productions. Additionally, a first look at the previously announced Turkish originals First Göktürk, Prince Season 3, and Çekiç ve Gül: Bir Behzat Ç. Hikayesi Season 3 were revealed.
Jamie Cooke, General Manager CEE, MENA and Turkey at WBD, commented: “Bringing Max to Türkiye is a key milestone for Warner Bros Discovery and marks the completion of the successful integration of BluTV into our portfolio. The enhanced platform enables us to strengthen our footprint in the region as we offer an even broader selection of world-class entertainment. Türkiye has an incredibly rich storytelling heritage, and with Max, we are delivering a premium streaming experience that combines the best of global and local content.”

The country has a vibrant storytelling tradition and a thriving entertainment industry. With Max, we are not only bringing our world-class content to Turkish audiences, we are also increasing our investment in local talent and productions that celebrate Türkiye’s unique culture and stories.”
