Bodhitree Multimedia to launch Global Media Hub in Guwahati

Bodhitree Multimedia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of ₹500 Crore with the Government of Assam to establish a Global Media, and Cultural Hub in Guwahati. This strategic partnership will transform Guwahati into a vital centre for film, television, and cultural activities, significantly enhancing Assam’s global profile.
The upcoming hub is set to drive economic growth, create jobs, and boost tourism. Bodhitree Multimedia is committed to strengthening India’s position as a global production hub, with this project marking its second major production facility in the country. The ₹500 crore MoU will further enhance the company’s, empowering it to contribute more effectively to the country’s growth in the entertainment and media sector. The planned facilities include a cutting-edge Media City, a luxury seven-star wellness resort, and an immersive India Pavilion to showcase the country’s cultural diversity. These amenities will cater to the growing demand for global media and entertainment infrastructure, positioning Assam as a leading destination for both leisure and business travellers.
